It can be frustrating and stressful trying to grow your team as well as dealing with some familiar issues, it frustrated us as well, we were hearing the same frustrations from clients and wanted to do something about it, so we did the sensible thing and quit our well-paid jobs at leading recruitment consultancies to start Fizwizz.
